Vegan Dish Paintings
Copenhagen was a vegan dream while I lived there from 2020-2023. There are so many excellent restaurants that either cater to vegans or are exclusively vegan! So I illustrated and painted all the dishes in all the places that were meaningful to me during my adventure. I named the series Copen Vegan Hagen Eats and shared them on instagram.
Drawing plant-based plates of hibachi-grilled mushrooms, soft crumbly pastry cakes, rows of sushi, pastries was such a delight! I wrote about it on my blog and gave a top 10 countdown homage to my favorite places. You can read more about each dish and location here.
