Copnehagen is the most  bike-friendly city I have ever experienced. They have dedicated bike paths separated from car lanes and green lights timed to facilitate traffic flow.  It was staggering to witness the multitude of bikes on their daily commutes across the city. There's even a digital count displayed on Dronning Louises bridge (down the street from where I lived) showing 40,000 bikes crossing every day! Bicycles were everywhere.

From time to time I would take a picture of passing bikers, or quickly sketch cyclists while sitting on a bench on the bridge. Here's a collection of illustrations I made of the unique bicyclists who rode around and about the city.
